The following Match procedures will apply by default unless otherwise set forth in the Tournament Specific Rules or instructed by an Administrator:
General Game-Play
Remember you are representing your school, so be appropriate within game chat.
Especially when your game might be streamed on Twitch.tv or Facebook
You must play on your account and cannot play for another student on their account
20 Gods are necessary
10 Picks
10 Bans
For JV: if students do not have 20 Gods, please inform the other team’s Coach This will require a different draft that will need to be done through the chat, so no champs are played by both teams.
If a new God is released, it is available for play after 7 days in ranked
Pre-Game
Please arrive 30 minutes before scheduled match time.
Make sure all students are logged on.
Make sure all equipment is functioning.
If time permitting, load into a game vs AI to ensure connection is working.
Varsity matches NEED TO be started by 3:30-4:00pm on Wednesday as scheduled.
If a school cannot make it on time, Coaches must contact the other Coach with 24 hours notice!
This is out of courtesy for schools that may be released as early as 2pm. That is a 2+ hour wait time for some of them.
JV matches NEED TO be started by 3:30-4:00pm on Thursday as scheduled.
If a school cannot make it on time, Coaches must contact the other Coach with 24 hours notice!

During-Game
After Gods have been locked in and game has begun.
If a player is disconnected, the game shall be remade or put on pause until they can rejoin.
Games must play until completion. NO FORFEIT IS ALLOWED
Coaches can be present during the match providing insight to gameplay.
Post-Game
After a game has been concluded:
Advisers or Student manager needs to complete the proper match reporting form.
Must include duration of the match! (TIEBREAKER)
1) Game Mode. The default game mode is “Conquest” (i.e., two Teams will compete against each other until one Team
destroys the opponent Team’s Titan or is otherwise disqualified).
2) Turn Preference, Picks and Bans.
The home team will have the right to select whether to select its Gods first or second
Picks and Bans will be in the following order
Bans A-B-A-B-A*B
Picks A-B-B-A-A-B
Bans B-A-B-A
Picks B-A-A-B
All picks and bans must be executed through the automated process with the Game client, and any use of chat or other alternative methods to conduct picks and bans is prohibited.
If a team fails to ban one or more Gods during the allotted banning time, then that team forfeits its right to those bans.
If a player fails to pick a God during the allotted picking time, the lobby will be remade and all Gods must be banned and picked in the same order.
3) Pauses
There is a pause system built into the Game which, when activated, will freeze time for all players in a particular game. The pause system may be used for the following reasons:
A player disconnects
Player is experiencing technical malfunctions related to hardware or software
Each team may pause a game up to a maximum of one time on the team's own behalf. Each pause’s duration shall be restricted to a maximum of 3 minutes
If the pause must extend beyond the allotted time, the coaches and teams must agree to allow it.
4) Setting up the lobby
The Home Team should setup the lobby
Use "Draft-Conquest"
The password must be exchanged via email or Discord to the opposing team coach and captain
Party size must be set to 5 versus 5
The ‘Allow Spectators’ feature must be set to ‘On’

Your team has destroyed the enemy Titan or your team has amassed a 20,000 Gold lead
