Rescheduling a Match on LeagueSpot

Before using the match rescheduling tools in LeagueSpot, it is recommended that you first connect with the opposing team in the LeagueSpot built in chat to find and agree upon a suitable date and time to move your match to. Please try to get in reschedule communications as soon as you know you'll need to reschedule(for example, for Spring Break). At the latest, let opposing teams know you won't be able to make it by 9:00am on game day.

Login to your LeagueSpot account at WIHSEA.leaguespot.gg. 

In the top left hand corner, access the main menu and select "Dashboard."

Access the match page for the match you need to reschedule by clicking on the date and time of the correct match.

Scroll past the built in chat box. Near the middle of the screen, click on the "Reschedule" button.

In the "Request A Reschedule" dialog box, click on the "Proposed Time" field.

Using the calendar and the time list, select a time to reschedule your match for.

When you have finished, click "Submit Reschedule Request."

The coaches, managers, and captain of the opposing team will receive a notification in LeagueSpot to accept the new match date which they will need to approve before the reschedule can be completed.
